Ladies Only Gym – newly refurbished!

Our ladies only gym provides a separate area for women to training comfort and privacy. Located on the second floor of the centre, the space is designed in a circuit layout with over 10 resistance and weight machines. Our female members are also provided with a stretch area, medicine and fitness balls, free range weight and dumbbells to ensure a varied and successful workout.
