For those who want to do something different why not try out some boxing or kickboxing training. I have 9 years kickboxing experience and run one on one programs for improving strength, flexibility ,endurance, co-ordination and last of all you learn some martial arts while having fun.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Metabolic Precision Provider - Certificate in Nutrition
- Certificate III – Fitness Instructor – Certificate IV – Personal Trainer
- Fitness Australia Registered – 9 years kickboxing experience
- Current level 2 First aid/CPR qualified - Kettle Bell Australia certified Lv1
- Pro Box Certified

MASSEY Fitness
Bethany is a qualified Cert. III & IV Personal Trainer, Certified Pilates Instructor specializing in sports specific strength, conditioning and post-natal exercise. Currently, Bethany is competing in K1 kickboxing and INBA sports model. She currently teaches Pilates 7:15pm on both Tuesdays and Thursdays at Platinum Health Club. Pilates classes are free for members.
QUALIFICATIONS
- THUMP Boxing Certified - Certificate in Nutrition
- Certificate III – Fitness Instructor – Certificate IV – Personal Trainer
- Fitness Australia Registered – Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai
- Current level 2 First aid/CPR qualified – Certified Pilates Instructor
